Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Court Love Letters! Below you'll find all the details about our current shipping process, including timelines, methods, and important policies.

📦 Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed within 10–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted. For preorders or event-exclusive items, please refer to the product listing for estimated fulfillment timelines.

  • Handmade or custom items may take longer.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., event launches or shop updates), please allow for possible delays.

🚚 Shipping Information

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

📍 U.S. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage (3–7 business days)

  • Priority Shipping is available at checkout (2–3 business days)

  • All U.S. orders include tracking

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 15 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us at support@courtloveletters.com.

📮 Preorders & Event Merchandise

Preorders and special event merch (such as collabs or limited-run items) will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. These items are often fulfilled in batch waves and may take longer than in-stock products.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, they will ship together unless otherwise stated.

🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked delivered by USPS but not received.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping fee to be resent.

  • If your package is marked delivered but is missing, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting your local post office before reaching out.
