Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love everything you receive from Court Love Letters. Each item is made with care and curated for our fellow K-pop and kawaii enthusiasts. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Not a custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition/preorder item (see below)

To start a return or exchange, please email us at courtloveletters@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Preorder or custom items

  • Limited edition merchandise

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items not in their original condition, or that have signs of use

📮 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if something arrived damaged or incorrect! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged or incorrect item(s)

We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. If your item was lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim (especially for tracked orders).

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

📦 Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless they have already been fulfilled or are part of a time-sensitive preorder. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
